Yes because Carers element is part of UC and PIP has nothing to do with UC.

It seems as though you had some trouble posting at first. This is something other people have experienced, so we're looking into it currently.
I've got a few questions for you, if that's okay?- What type of device are you using? e.g. phone, laptop, desktop, tablet
- What browser are you using? e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge
- Do you use any device plug-ins?
- Do you use any assistive tech with your device?
- Could you see that multiple posts were being made, or did it look like you were just writing and posting one post?
I've closed your duplicate posts, but haven't deleted them for now. This isn't because you've done anything wrong. It's just so that we can use them to look into this issue. I hope that makes sense!
