I’ve requested the mandatory reconsideration and my case manager just keeps saying that they need to wait for the final decision to be attributed to my claim. I received my decision letter on the 13th September 2022 so I’m confused with it all0

What does my case manager mean by they are waiting on the final decision to be attributed to my claim0

I would take that as the decision hasn’t been made yet. Once it has then you’ll receive the decision letter on your journal.0

Yes I know but then you requested the MR for the decision not to include the LCWRA element from October. So now you need to wait for that decision.0
