    I’ve requested the mandatory reconsideration and my case manager just keeps saying that they need to wait for the final decision to be attributed to my claim. I received my decision letter on the 13th September 2022 so I’m confused with it all

    It can take up to 12 weeks for a MR decision.

    I would take that as the decision hasn’t been made yet. Once it has then you’ll receive the decision letter on your journal.

    I’ve already had the decision letter I received it on the 13th September

    Yes I know but then you requested the MR for the decision not to include the LCWRA element from October. So now you need to wait for that decision.
