Relationship problems

I am due to have a reversal to have a child again I payed 5 n half grand for it my partner won't pay 63 pound for a train to pick me up after it says its to much. And before eople say I want a child I'm willing to bring it on my own. I have no friends to pick me up is there anything I could do

    I have to pay my own trains plus a hotel the night before to br on tome for the operation he can afford it its just he won't spend that amount on a train .I do Nedd go get out and I want to  now
