Whether there's any money owed will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition, supported by a fit note within 7 days this and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA.There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim.0

They have started the claim from April regarding back pay but not sure how many months I will get I was told I would get my money in 2 weeks0

So if LCWRA started in April then you have the waiting period that will apply from that time. I can't tell you exactly when it will be paid from without you answering the question i asked here.
Without knowing that then it will be paid from either August or September.poppy123456 said:what date exactly you reported your health condition0 -
I reported it march but they said they started the claim from April0

That doesn’t help me, I need to know the exact date otherwise I can’t tell you exactly when it’s paid from.0

I reported it march the 12th 20220

Then your waiting period is April/May, May/June, June/July... LCWRA starts from assessment period 26th July to 25th August and first payment would be 1st September.1

Ok I’m still waiting now so not sure how long I’ll have to wait my next normal payment is 1st December so will I get the back pay then0

Money owed will be paid separately. It’s not unusual to wait a few weeks for them to recalculate your past statements to work out exactly how much they owe you.1
