I was awarded 'top grade' LWRC in '19 and they sent me a new form at the end of '21 but this was sent back late and 'ignored' when will I get my next form, if at all?

  LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. I don't know how a new form was sent at the end of 2021 because reviews have been suspended for quite sometime.
