in Start here and say hello!
Hi. I'm new here and thought I'd say hello.
I needed some advice regarding statutory sick pay and disability benefits and called Scope. I spoke to a lovely lady called Catherine who was really understanding and gave me some really useful advice. I'm finding myself in a difficult situation, she didn't judge, was very supportive and turned a difficult day into a hopeful one. 
I hope you have all received useful advice and support from the helpline team too. 
I look forward to chatting to others on here x

    Thank you all for the welcome and the advice, also the comments about my gorgeous girl. She is 13years old, bull mastiff cross and has the best nature, also the best company I could wish for. Pets really are our family aren't they? Tell me about yours..... x

    There's no live chat. It's a forum and you comment on threads as you do here.
