Hello there I am self representing at an employment tribunal against an international company with no legal or practical help whatsoever I am autistic and now have an official diagnosis of cptsd I have won the right to a five day public hearing in Cardiff the company has tried to settle out of court to buy my silence yet admit nothing I have refused all the offers as rights are not for sale I am struggling with my emotional stress and trying to cope with asd and cptsd with very little help from the services meant to support in these situations I am fed up being over medicated over the last few years and have voiced that many times to no avail every which way I turn there are barriers ect yet eventually it will all come out the company are delaying yet again just adding to everything this is nearly three years now I am sick of it as it continues to impact all my life every day

Hi @just4once
It sounds as though you have a lot on your plate at the moment! It must be tough representing yourself, too.
Citizens Advice have some information about employment tribunals on their website, which you may find helpful to read through.I am struggling with my emotional stress and trying to cope with asd and cptsd with very little help from the services meant to support in these situations I am fed up being over medicated over the last few years and have voiced that many times to no avail every which way I turn there are barriers ectDo you mind me asking what kinds of services you're accessing at the moment, and what kind of support you think you could benefit from?

Hi there thank you for reaching out cab have been as helpful as they can be there is no legal aid funding available as I refused the 2500 offer at the first preliminary hearing I then had to do the second hearing alone for five hours via video link this is when I won the right to the five day hearing which probably next April /July I have an advocate from west wales mental health advocate service but they are not legal trained my cptsd is triggered by where I am living and confirmed by och health I am also housebound because of my osteoarthritis and lumbar spondylitis again evidenced the och health has stated the home is not suitable I am in top band to move shelter told me under the law I am homeless but housing support say I am not shelter is calling me again tomorrow I have 16 steps up to my front door and can not weight bear and today after being bounced around between mental health services and social services I have a mental health social worker been assigned to me today only and he is a newbie too
what I would like is not to be overprescribed medication it is scandalous and illegal against Nice guildlines completely 5mg diazepam everyday for nearly four solid years on Monday this was increased to 15 mg daily after I asked to be referred to a specialist about my pain this is on top of other anti depressants and sleeping pills I am not depressed more repressed no problem sleeping never had them so far no actual trauma therapy just pills god help me if I was depressed they give me enough tools to do the job I am angry and frustrated with the system yet it falls on deaf ears
I would like to actually live where I can get in and out of my home
my tech skills are extremely limited and completely sensory overloaded with it I cannot manage money this has been ongoing all my life so need practical help with this can’t even put my rubbish out as can’t do the dam steps
