Diary for Tribunal

I applied September 2021 and have gone through process and have gotten a date for Tribunal. So I have read that providing a diary of 7 days of your life is the normal. But how can I do this when it was over a year ago, do I tell them what I remember my life being.
I am so stressed about this and just think the whole process is a nightmare designed to put you off fighting rejection at every stage.
Thanks.

I wouldn't say it's " the normal" to do a diary and i've never done this for any of my claims. With evidence less of often more.
