Hi everyone!
Just wanted to update you all - especially @Ollyoyster. DM phoned me Friday - as per my request on my MR letter to call me prior to making a decision. DM has overturned the original decision - enhanced for both! 🎉. I am beyond happy and just wanted to let others on here know - who may be in a similar situation- that MRs can be successful. You next hopefully @Ollyoyster 🤞🏼

Thank you! I thought getting this amazing news would help me sleep Friday night but it was the exact opposite - my mind was racing and I had a thousand questions whizzing through my mind! 😂 Was so tired last night I was in bed by 9.30! Don’t think I’ll quite believe it until I receive the letter. Thank you so much for your kind words and support on this site. 🙏Tori_Scope said:Awesome news, well done @BranwenMôn

Can’t believe I went from zero eligibility for both elements to enhanced on both. It shows that people on here share fantastic advice as to how to go about MRs and I am so grateful for their knowledge. X1

Hello I’m going through a similar situation and was wondering if you could link me to the original post where advice was given thank you
I had living enhanced and my mobility got worse and I had very strong evidence medically however they lowered my living and didn’t give any mobility
I appreciate any advice thank you0 -

Ah I forgot to request them to call as citizens advice helped me write it will this make a difference to my decision but seemed doing that helped move things along . Could I write to them again and ask for them to call first

They're Mandatory Reconsiderations @tristan100 - the first stage of appealing a decision.
