Hi, my name is nands73 and my pip payment hasn’t gone in

So normally my pip payment goes in on a Friday evening with Revolut but nothing. I tried calling but the finish at 5pm for the weekend. I’ve to sit all weekend wondering if I’ve missed a letter or something 🫣 It’s the last thing I need at the moment with my health but I can’t seem to remember anything coming recently from them and last time I was due a review I got the paper work months in advance and waited 6 months for the review. Oh the joys of being medically retired and the scrap heap at 50 😂

    Is Monday your payday on your decision letter or Friday?
    I appreciate some banks pay earlier than others so worth the ask.

    It’s actually Monday but goes in before. I’ve contacted the bank which is Revolut and they are pretty useless but say they can’t see it yet it’s been going in for over 2 years into that account

    As your payment day isn't until Monday then payment isn't due yet anyway. I don't understand a bank releasing payment on a Friday for a Monday payment day, seems odd. If you don't receive it on Monday then you'll need to contact PIP.

    This happens with some banks at the begining of the month iv had this happen in the past

    I'm with barclays and was expecting my pip today but my money is actually due Monday but for the last year its always gone in at midnight on the Friday its left me very stressed

    A few people have mentioned not having received their payment as usual @zobo, so you're certainly not alone. I'd encourage you to keep an eye out for it on Monday, and perhaps get in touch with them then if it still hasn't come through.

    I'm the same, I'm with Monzo, the day for the payment is Monday but I have always been able to get it on the Friday but it didn't arrive Friday and the bank said they can't see anything. This is so stressful and as its the weekend there is nobody that can be contacted to find out what's going on 😔

    Payment isn't actually due until tomorrow and i know some banks release payment early. Even if you could ring DWP today they can't do anything until tomorrow.
    It could also be due to an issue their end so tomorrow early morrning they could automatically make a same day payment so you could receive it early tomorrow morning. ( as in before 9am)
