I filled in a health assessment back in January 2022 after being on uc for a few month's. I had my assessment on the 2nd of November, and got a Lcwra payment on the 14th. The fog comes in at this point, I have received nothing saying I was awarded it my work coach interviews have been cancelled and when I contact anyone via my journal I get no reply. I'm really not sure what is going on and can not seem to get any answers from the dwp. If anyone can help I would be very greatful. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the community
You should have had a decision letter loaded onto your journal with the details
Once awarded lcwra you no longer need to attend work coach appts which is why they have been cancelled
If you don't have a decision letter enquire on your journal as payment query asking about your letter . You should also be getting some back pay if you have provided continuous fit notes but this takes a few weeks to calculate and process

If you have provided continuous Fit Notes the LCWRA element should be paid for the fourth month after you reported the health condition. As janer says, it can take a few weeks to calculate the arrears.1

Today I rang a few people before I got to the place I needed to be at for some answers. The guy I spoke to advised me I had been awarded LCWRA from the 6 /12/2021, and should have had conformation regards this. He's sent a message to the person involved with my award to get in touch with me. Hopefully I will hear more soon. Thank you for your help everyone0

Hello @cupcake_me
Hopefully you will hear more soon!
How are you feeling now you know you have been awarded LCWRA?0 -
Hi Hannah_scoope,
I'm pleased it's done with and I know the outcome. Not sure if or when I'll get any back pay, but at least I have an outcome. My illnesses make me feel very sad and I believe this is due to not being able to do what I use to but it's early days and I'll get there. So pleased I joined this community and hope to be able to join the coffee lounge and chat soon.0 -
