Hi I was just looking for some advice
i Got my letter on the 30th of November to say I’ve been awarded LWRCA. I put my first fit note in on the 30th of august. My pay day is the 17th
when would the amount change ? I’m sure I’ll still get normal amount in December and nothing added but when should it be applied to my account ?

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.Your waiting period will be Sept to Dec.. LCWRA start from assessment period 11th Dec to 10 Jan and first payment of LCWRA element will be 17th January 2023. No LCWRA element is owed.0

Okay thank you , do your fit notes have to be one after the other or is it from the first fit note I ever uploaded to my account? I uploaded one in January 2022 but then there was a break before the august one 20220

Sorry, i only just noticed this. You are supposed to send them without an gaps. Any gaps could affect when the LCWRA element is paid from. If there was a gap between Jan and Aug 2022 then there could well be issues with that but it will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision.

That's more than a 6 month gap in your fit notes, which could no doubt affect when the LCWRA element is paid from. It's now down to a decision maker to make that final decision. What was the reason for such a long gap?0
