Hello,

I have been awarded pip but I requested the assessors report. I have noticed that the assessor made a few mistakes in the medical report. Is it necessary for me to inform pip of the mistakes the assessor made? I don't want to get into trouble.

The assessment report is their opinion based on everything you wrote in the form, any additional evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment. Before making the decision the decision maker should have looked at everything you sent as well as the assessment report and then come to a decision from that.
What sort of mistakes are in the report exactly? I wouldn't expect the report to be word for word what you said during the assessment.

    Hello,

They said I have a walk in shower when I told them I have a shower board so a bath. They wrote my wheelchair was recommended to me by physiotherapy when it was my GP who requested it from wheelchair services. They wrote I stopped going to physiotherapy because I was tired when I have been discharged from physio.

Those are a few examples I have only had a quick glance.

I wouldn't worry too much about those errors because they won't affect your claim.
