The majority of people have reviews. The good news is that WCA reviews are still currently suspended so it's likely you won't have another anytime soon.

It's perfectly normal for the decision letter not to have any timescales on them. Unlike PIP, LCWRA has no end date and it's an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
You can ask them for a timescale and they will tell you a guide but it won't be helpful at the moment because reviews are suspended.

Thank you but what is the point in that as my conditions will never ever change they will stay the same for the rest of my life

It's just something that they do regardless of if your condition is for life

We all get reassessed but yes in some cases it seems to be unnecessary but it is what it is

You won't be made to look for work. The information about your LCWRA award will still be on the computer. When you have your next statement you need to check that the element is included.
Has your partner reported being your carer as advised in your other thread?

I got the element included before. it won’t do anything will it because he can’t get carers allowance so I’m stuck on what to do

Your partner can't claim carers allowance because they earn too much. As advised on your other thread claiming carers element has no earnings limit but it will increase your maximum UC entitlement by £168.81/month.

So I can ask for carers element not the allowance

Carers allowance is not part of UC. Carers element is part of UC and it's this they need to claim. Your partner needs to "report a change of circumstances" then tell them they care for you for at least 35 hours per week. The carers element will then be included in your maximum entitlement.

Yes because as I advised in your other thread there’s no earnings limit to carers element.
