Well done. Be aware that you may still have to wait several weeks before DWP deal with the tribunal decision.1

Thank you, And they said when I left that a copy of the successful decision will be in the post in a few days, The DWP representative only read 4 pages of my report and said she’s seen all she needs to, I’m just relieved it’s out of the way now, I’ll keep you posted when the letter arrives and tell you what it sayscalcotti said:Well done. This is good news @Erniethegreat I hope you can relax now the tribunal itself is done and dusted

I'm pleased to hear that you're happy with the result!1 -
The Tribunal wasn’t as scary as I thought, I had someone with me for support which helped, As I am not too good at speaking to strangers about my conditions, The ‘Clerk’ was abit rude, I just ignored it and focused on what the panel was asking me, I felt like crying when they told me the result, A long 2 years of stress, But I got there in the end after Two applications for PIP.Alex_Scope said:This is good news @Erniethegreat I hope you can relax now the tribunal itself is done and dusted

So glad to hear you got the reward you deserved! It really fills me with hope! Can I be nosey and ask how long you waited for tribunal, I know every area is different but it might just give me a peace of mind to have a rough idea

Hello, I waited 9 months to get a Tribunal date, it could be different for you. I think it depends which area you live I’m not too sure.teddybear18 said:So glad to hear you got the reward you deserved! It really fills me with hope!
