Hello all again, I’m just wondering if anyone knows how long it will take to receive back dated payment, As I’ve read 4-6 weeks, And 8 Weeks, Or does it vary?, I got a Email today stating I will receive the Award letter by the 14th December if this helps? Thank you.

It variees but they say up to 8 weeks. Some receive it within a couple of weeks and some longer.

The letter you will receive by the 14th is that from the Tribunal or DWP?

Yes it will tell you what you already know. You now need to wait to hear from DWP and they will first ask you the usual questions.. have you been in hospital or prison and then shortly after that they will pay what they owe you and put your award into payment.
