I recently applied for pip on behalf of my son who is 30. He cannot do forms or phone calls for himself. The only life he has revolves around his playstation 5. He has to be prompted to do anything that doesn't involve gaming. He was refused pip we did a mandatory reconsideration and was still refused. I am late applying for a court Decision and could really do with some help please

The next stage would be to request the Tribunal. (not a court) If the decision on the Mandatory Reconsideration was less than 13 months ago then you are within the maximum timescales to do this. If you're outside of the 1 month timescale then you will need to give a reason why you didn't request it within the first month.
You can request it online here. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal you just need to give a brief reason why you disagree with the decision and the rest can be done at a later date.
You should also get some expert advice from an agency near you and they should be able to help you going forward. https://advicelocal.uk/
    Are you his appointee?

No I'm not his appointee. How do I go about that

If he can't manage his own claim because he's either mentally incapable or severely disabled then you can ring PIP to arrange this. https://www.gov.uk/become-appointee-for-someone-claiming-benefits
You will then be responsible for all of his claim, including filling out forms and reporting changes.
