I can't advise without more information. Is this regarding the work capability assessment? if so what date exactly did you report your health condition/sent your first fit note? Did you continue to send fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on the WCA?
Lastly, was the decision definitely Limited capability for work Related Activity? (LCWRA) and not just Limited Capability for Work (LCW)

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.
Sorry forgot to ask what date do you usually receive your money each month, is it the 15th?
Was the 10th August the same date you reported your health condition?
Based on the information you've given first payment should either be Dec or Jan.

That means your assessment periods are 9th to 8th of each month. You sent your fit note on 10th of August which was after the start of your assessment period, which means that month doesn't count. Which was why i asked if you had reported your health condition at anytime before sending your first fit note.

Based on the information you gave your waiting period is Sept/Oct, Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, LCWRA starts from AP Dec 9th to Jan 8th and first payment will be Jan 15th.

You're not owed any LCWRA element because as i advised, it's not paid at all during the waiting period. Your first payment is 15th Jan and you'll continue to be paid it from then going forward.

I can't see the letter so i have no idea. All i know is the LCWRA element is not paid during the waiting period, in most cases. If they owe you money because you were working and you didn't previously have the work allowance then they may owe you money for that.
