Where are they?

I'm kinda new here so if I'm repeating someone else's question, I apologize, but I recently received a message saying my claim has been awarded, and I seen on someone's post that I can't find again, that the backpayment goes in 3-5 working days after payment, does that mean 3-5 days after you get the message or does it take a few days for them to process a payment which you'll receive it 3-5 days from that point?

It will be 3-5 working days after payment was sent. Unless you owe them money they usually send payment when the decision is made. To know for certain when to expect it you'll need to ring PIP to ask.

Thank you that's helped, I wasn't sure if once a claim is awarded it went off to someone else to then process the payment or if it was done automatically when approved
