Christmas bonus

Hi everyone I new here my partner hasn't received his Christmas bonus and they said anywhere between the 5th of December to the 11th of December and I get child benefit for are children and I haven't even received the payment yet what's going on thank you

Lots of people still haven't received it yet me included my understanding is it cab be paid anytime in Dec1

Assuming your partner claims DLA or PIP then they will qualify and janer1967 has said, they will get it by the end of December (sometimes it’s paid on top of your normal payment). You will not qualify based on Child Benefit, you must be claiming a disability benefit yourself or be claiming State Pension. If any children are disabled they will qualify too.0

Claiming child benefit doesn't entitle you to the £10 Christmas bonus. You need to be claiming one of the benefits listed here. https://www.gov.uk/christmas-bonus/eligibilityIf you do claim one of those then it can be paid anytime in December, as Janer advised.
