in Start here and say hello!
Hi Im new here trying desperately to contact someone at DWP offices with no luck.  Has anyone else not received ESA payments due last week Friday. ?? For some strange reason we have not received.   Im keen to know if anyone else is also waiting   Thanks

    There were some issues with payments at the beginning of last week but haven't heard anything since then. Best time to ring them is usually as soon as they open but even then it can take anything up to an hour for them to answer. You're just going to have to keep on trying.
