Hi all.
when Making a decision and looking at the descriptors
do they pick one out of the activity or multiple?
 For example

can they score you C and D or do they just pick C  and move on to next activity.

Activity 1. Preparing food. 

a. Can prepare and cook a simple meal unaided. – Score 0

b. Needs to use an aid or appliance to be able to either prepare or cook a simple meal.   - Score 2

c. Cannot cook a simple meal using a conventional cooker but is able to do so using a microwave.     - Score 2

    You can only score points once per activity. If 2 or more descriptors in an activity are likely to apply on more than 50 per cent of the days in the period then the descriptor chosen should be the one which is the highest scoring.
