LCWRA ADVICE PLEASE. When does my award start from?

Morning All 
Any help, greatly appreciated,
My UC standard amount, started In April 2020. Then my health relapsed, so I sent fit notes In, which I was awarded LCWRA.
My 1st payment, was from April 2021, and the letter for award, dated 9th Feb 2021.
Does my award, start from February, or from 1st payment, in April  ?

    It starts from the assessment period in which you reported your health condition, supported by a fit note within 7 days of this.
    May i ask the reason why you're asking this? Is it because of your review timescale?
