I feel like Iv been totally gaslighted by uc. Was declared fit for work on the September. Did MR decision stayed the same. Applied for tribunal and yesterday got a message saying as Iv got the most favourable lcwra the Appel has now been lapsed. While I'm happy I'm not been made to go to court. I'm bitter because I know with the amout of medical evidence I provided that they should have just given me this originally and not put me through months of hell. So yes it's a victory but only because they knew they couldn't defend themselves at court. Sorry long rant wanted to get it off my chest. Then it says I'll be re assess within 12 months grrr will I get money backdated x

There’s a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the LCWRA element is then paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition.
When it’s paid from exactly will depend what date you reported your health condition/sent first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.
It can take a few weeks to pay what they owe you and will be paid separately to your usual monthly money.
The review timescales are just a guide. Reviews are still suspended and when they do start back up there will be huge backlogs. You most likely won’t be reviewed anytime soon.
LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.

You may get some backdated money, it depends on the date you sent in your first fit note. Well done on winning too, just to make you aware re-assessments are currently suspended and there’s a huge backlog so I doubt you’ll be re-assessed in 12 months. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.

That's helpful thank you I originally put a sick note in January so I think I'll be owed 9 months. It's reassuring knowing there's a backlog too as the full process was traumatic x

You won’t be owed 9 months for the LCWRA element because it’s not paid at all during the waiting period.
You haven’t given enough of information for me to tell you exactly when it’s paid from. Based on what you’ve given it will be paid from either May or June. Depending on the exact date you reported it and what date you usually receive your money each month.

I reported my health condition January when I joined and provided sick notes. I'm paid on the 24th each month. What's the waiting period?

Waiting period would be Jan to April. LCWRA starts from assessment period 18th April to 17th May and your first payment will be 24th May.

Up until November yes based on the information you gave. It often takes a few weeks to pay what is owed.
