Hello, & Thanks for your Patience. My Anxiety, has decided to go Into Overdrive !!
After realising that my LCWRA  was awarded from Dec 2020, for 21 Months. Im now overdue, a review, by 3 Months. I totally understand that there are a lot of backlogs, due to Covid. But I seem to be getting conflicting Information. I realise that nobody  knows exact dates  etc
.
But I would be very grateful, if there Is anyone, from Nottingham, who is In the same boat. On LCWRA, and still waiting for their Review.
I'm  appreciative of previous answers. Just asking out to wider circles.
Thanks  In advance

Reviews are as you say taking longer due to backlogs
Everyone that is due a review is still waiting because they are still suspended. The only WCA's that are taking place right now is new claims and change of circumstances.
When the reviews do eventually start back there will be huge backlogs so it very likely you won't have a review anytime soon.
I completely understand the anxiety it all causes but at least when claiming UC you will know in advance when that review will be because you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you they are referring you and shortly after that you'll receive the forms in the post.
Until this happens your LCWRA element will continue because it's an ongoing award.

    Hi there.

    I agree with the above
I'm from Nottinghamshire and my review was recommended to be in Feb and not had anything and not expecting a review due to the suspension

Some people have gone over 6 years not having one so when they do start again I would imagine they will look at those that haven't had a review for a long time first only my opinion tho not fact
