If PIP review reduces award do I repay?

I recently requested a review of my PIP award as my conditions have got significantly worse.
I know that if my award is increased following the review I will get a backdated payment to when I asked for the review. However, if my award is decreased, am I expected to pay them back the difference to when I asked for the review?
Huge thanks in advance.

No, you won’t be expected to pay anything back if the worst happens.

I thought not but wanted to make sure. Thank you so much. Hopefully worst case scenario won’t happen but you never know with PIP!0

Depending on what the DWP decide there may be *a lot* to listen to. It's not my first time at the rodeo with the DWP - can you tell?
