Cold Weather Payment date confusion

Hi all!
I have a question about the cold weather payments. The area I’m in has one due for the period of 9th-15th December but I’m confused as I read that it’ll be automatically paid within 14 days. Does that mean within 14 days of the start of the period (the 9th) or of the end of the period (the 15th), please?
Thank you 😊

I usually find it can be anytime within 10 days. When you’ll receive it will depend when payment was made and I don’t think anyone can answer that.0

I'm not 100% sure either! I hope that it arrives for you soon, though.
How are you doing today? It's been a little warmer here, but still chilly!1 -
Hi
I have read it and taken it as 14 days from the last day of the qualifying period
ie 9-15 dec so paid by 29th dec
but no idea in reality so many delays with all the various disability extra payments and christmas bonus issues and obviously the weekend and bank holidays but hopefully it’s paid soon 🤞🏽0 -

Two cold weather payments have been activated for my daughter dated 6th - 12th Dec and 13th to 19th Dec. She claims UC with LCWRA and she received both payments on 16th Dec.Same for me but i claim Income Related ESA and received the 1st on on 14th and 2nd payment on 21st Dec.0
