Just spent a couple of hours on one of the laptops preparing it for the local infant school. I get on doing the other one tomorrow for the school.
I don’t use them. So may as well. I think I mentioned it before but never finished them.well done

Ada said:I am sorry @Amberpearl your feeling so unhappy and alone.
I have been alone since I was 13yrs
I know I have the boss but he has a huge demon that has him in bed all day every day.
for many many years I have spent every single day alone hours and hours. We have zero family zero friends. On the rare occasions I see a doctor or my landlady’s needs me to have her dogs. Then I have a conversation with another human being.
But although there have been times I have wished not to wake up the next day. And there will be many more. Wishing I have a terminally illness.
I am never completely alone I have my dog. Who loves me and I would surely have ended this poor existence of a life without her.
Then I accidentally found Scope. I’ve never chatted so much in my life. It’s true. One of my demons is having Asperger. It’s very difficult for me. Yet it was immediate the trust the warmth the respect.
Now I am never alone and it’s great. It’s on my terms nobody being a pest at my front door Yet Always there when I need them.
I was dreading today today as I was going by all the Christmases before. When I felt so unhappy.
But today is definitely different from anything I’ve experienced.
I know I’m not alone. Not at all.
I can do what I want chores cooking etc. But if I feel alone knowing so many others can share their day. Full of Christmas cheer. It’s simple I turn on my phone and here you all are.
My Beautiful Scope Family
who have taken time out of their Christmas morning to come on to give their warmth to each other.
As long as Scope is here I will never be alone again. @ada I'm always alone too
It not great
No TV rubbish
I like the soaps.. Emmerdale on at 6pm.

Nobody visits me0 -
Hi @ada my day is going well thank you. We have just finished opening the presents and have dinner at about 6pm. I hope you are not feeling too lonely, I am glad you feel that Scope helps with not feeling lonely.
I am going to have a rest now until dinner but I will be on and off the forum during that time0 -
I was meant to be up really early as a taxi driver friend was going to pop round for a coffee before all the mayhem of the day began (he'd promises to take a woman to feed her horses early this morning so was going to call into mine on his way back).
Even though my phone brightness was on its lowest, it was still too bright and I was so tired, I felt like I'd only had five minutes sleep, so through very slanted, almost closed eyes I struggled to text him to cancel.
I did feel awful but would have felt even worse had I got up at that time. After getting up, followed by the ritual of coffee and pain killers, I opened presents. I out-lived my closest family so now in October/early November I start buying myself smellies, I wrap them in Christmas paper and bows and put them away in a large christmassy bag for after my tree goes up a week or so before Christmas.. so even though I brought my own gifts, by the time today comes round I've forgotten what I got myself so they're all still a surprise. My taxi friend did surprise me by bringing me round a gift yesterday. But now the presents are open and films on tv are repeat old ones, I've hit a bit of a downer.
I'm happy living on my own with my cat and a stray I take in when the weather is bad, I usually enjoy my own company so I don't really understand where this downer of a mood came from. It's not often I feel lonely but for some reason today I do.2 -
@ada he brought me chocolates, some clothes and some other nice things like a mouse mat for my computer
I can totally understand not wanting to cook, very well done for managing to do it today. Time to reap the benefit of the cooking soon, I hope you enjoy it. Looking forward to seeing you again after dinner1 -

These days are just too busy. I have been spoilt this Xmas I have a Google hub screen, will have to set it up. It can go in any room, so handy following recipes, playing music making calls and so much more.
I have a ticket to go see phantom at the theatre in London on the 28th too.

@Ada I have many cats. Even though I have lost 2 to illness this year
Cats are all I have. I love them. I bred them. Myself and kept them
They all have wonderful personalities
I don't see much of my own. Kids or gran kids, so all I have are cats
Yes many photos
I've lost 14 cats in 14 years 6 in the last 3 years
Hurts sooo much when 1 dies
Plus yesterday was the anniversary of my dad's death
I'm a very emotional person and get easily upset. I. Take every thing to heart
