Ada said:@Amberpearl the photo is lovely you look a very warm person. It’s not a bad thing being emotional. It means your “real” I use to be like that. Folk always upsetting me or having a go at me for being “ to emotional “ but unfortunately life has made me have a very hard shell.
Fortunately I don’t need the shell on here. No one knocks you for being sensitive
I have a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone
Unfortunately over the years I've been taken advantage of. My good nature I'd believed everything I was told0 -
nice pics @Amberpearl, they look like a good bunch, x1

@Amberpearl lovely cats
@Ada I can get on fine, so I’m guessing not a site issue, fingers crossed it starts behaving for you sooner rather than later2 -

Yes it's been very busy tho last few days. With guests and cooking and everything. Glad it's once a year.1

Merry Christmas @66Mustang - hope you've had a good day.
My son & his wife are coming around to have our Christmas dinner tomorrow (as my daughter-in-law was working today; they're coming around early to help me prepare, bless them). Then my daughter & grandchildren are visiting us all the following day. I may be glad it's only once a year after that!

How do I stop getting alerts every time someone posts on here? Do I delete the post I made earlier ? I guess I posted it in the wrong place.1

@Ada I was alone though. I posted in here today and no-one replied, I doubt it was even seen. I live on my own. I’ve earlier than expected outlived my family, I don’t know anyone where I live, the cat slept all day. I live in the middle of a steep hill, I use a manual nhs wheelchair and a white cane, so it’s not like I could go out anywhere, so I’ve spent the day with my own company. I didn’t have xmas dinner, my house is still 90% non-disabled. So sadly yes, some did still spend the day alone with no-one to talk too.
I even asked how to stop getting alerts for this thread when no-one replied to my earlier post, and no-one answered.0 -
