Hello.
I was awarded LCWRA on the 30th of November and my monthly payment is on the 17th of every month. My first fit note was posted on 3 February 2022 and based on my calculations I should be entitled to a back pay. I wanted to find out how long it takes to get the backpay after the decision letter?

    It can often take several weeks to recieve what is owed. Were the fit note continuous without any gaps until the decision was made? If so then your waiting period will be Feb to May... LCWRA starts from assessment period 11th May to 10th JUne and first payment would be June 17th.
