Hi I wanted some advice regarding tribunal timescales.
i put in for tribunal appeal around end of sept for a pip claim which was turned down MR I was awarded 7 points so basically just 1 point off.

I was not pregnant when intial claim was made and it’s been such a stressful gruelling process with no date given for hearing. I have submitted further evidence but very stressed I am due to give birth around March I can’t imagine going for a hearing around this date one being I have health issues and a very high risk pregnancy just wondering what my options would be? I have also heard that sometimes dwp can settle prior to tribunal is that true? I just feel stressed about it any advice appreciated.

They sometimes make an offer of an award before the hearing takes place but it's rare so you should rely on this.Lots of Tribunal hearings take place through telephone or video call rather than in person. You can contact HMCTS to ask for a timescale on the waiting times for your area and they'll give you a guide. Other than that there's nothing more you can do but wait.0

Thanks calcotti, silly typo's and even worse that you can't edit a comment more than 1 hour later.

It's OK. I recall you had to correct one of my posts for a similar error a couple of days ago!poppy123456 said:
