Lamb with homemade mint sauce! Duck is also another favourite of mine but love Chicken too.

I do like some lamb with my mint sauce!I like to boil a gammon joint rather than roast it. Done in a large pan, I add carrots, onions & leeks later on. Then I make a white sauce using some of the liquid from the pan as well as the usual milk. Slice the gammon, adding it to the white sauce together with the veg used once strained.2
