What does one do on New Year's Day ?

I am trapped in the cluttered flat, enduring all my symptoms including the fatigue, and it's already nearly 3pm and I'm not even ready yet never mind be able to go outside (is anything even open and are others working?); I am feeling very upset because despite it being a new year I am no better off; no amount of prayer or positivity or priming has helped me prepare for or thrive today.
Other than declutter this shambles of a tiny flat and try to ignore neighbours and watch some unrelatable media/**** online , and other than some boring training modules, what can I actually do today to make it a positively memorable new year's day. I want to set a significantly better tone and 'manifest' favourable  outcomes. I am so shaky, cold and fatigued struggling to type but wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year and get advice. Also my new PIP form arrived yesterday. Who can I ask for help filling it in as I don't have any kind of social worker or such. Last time I filled one in was alone and it was harrowing and I got scored 0 on it. It has been a long process just to receive this HYDAY form from PIP so it is crucial I get help. I need them to know how badly my symmptoms are affecting me in all areas. I got offered that part time job btw it's mostly desk based but it's early days, im still in training and probationary and already inc when they sat me in a room to do the online learning modules, I was affected heavily by 'microsleeps' or 'sleep attacks'; I feel horrific right now too. Should I go out and feed some bread to the ducks in the nearest park? Should I bother going outside today? Will anything be open? Will there be enough time to declutter later on? With the few £s I have left (Next UC payment being the 22nd) what should I get from shops as I am quite hungry? How can I speed up healing this tickly, stupid, irritating cough (which is bad enough but I also have chronic pains, fatigue and shaking too!)?: How do I prepare myself well for the week ahead? ; will things actually ever get better for me? TIRED!

For your PIP form you can use this link to see if there's an advice agency local to you to see if they can help with the form. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
You should also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies.
Just fill out a little at a time each day and then put it away until the following day. If you have extra evidence to send then think to yourself is that going to help, if it doesn't state exactly how your conditions affect you then will it help?
I also note that you've been refused in the past, so sending the same evidence you previously sent may see another refusal. If the worst happens and you're refused (i'm not saying you will be refused again) then i'd advise you to challenge that decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) followed by Tribunal if the MR fails. It's always worth challenging the decision rather than to keep reapplying.
You can ring PIP to ask for some extra time to return the form.
For you new job, i note that you're claiming UC so please make sure you report a change of circumstances on your journal (if you have one) and tell them you're now working. Good luck with the new job.

I'm sorry that this has happened to you I would try and get outside to feed the ducks or de clutter. Also Citizens Advice can help you with the PIP forms. Also it would help if you could try and give me a rough idea of how much you have left to spend as I don't want to give you ideas for the shop if you can't afford it? Lastly I would like to congratulate you on your new job.
