I rang pip at 9am this am & actually got to speak to someone at 9.02 i was that shocked the Lady said hello & i went oh erm yeah, id built myself up to listen to there dreadful music & the annoying please hold. Anyway she told me she could not tell me anything but i would get my pip award in the post within 7-10 days but ive had no text

I'm glad that you managed to get through quickly @debi09! Fingers crossed your decision letter will arrive soon. Not everyone seems to receive a text, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. It might also be worth keeping an eye on your bank account, as some people find that the money goes in before the decision letter arrives if they've been successful.1

If the decision was made very recently then it takes up to 24 hours for them to be able to see it on the computer. They will be able to see the decision is made, but won't be able to see that decision, which is probably why they couldn't tell you today.
