Hi guys,
you have been a great help in the past, My question is do we qualify for a cold weather payment or not, ive checked our postcode and one payment is due, We get UC, my partner gets PIP and LCWRA and i work full time, so i dont know with me working do we still qualify ? On the gov.uk it says add a note to your UC jiurnal for any missing payments and they say its nothing to do with them, so i dont know who to ask or anything.
Thanks in advance
Sean

Unfortunately because you're employed then you don't qualify for the cold weather payment, unless you have a disabled child element on your UC claim. See link. https://www.gov.uk/cold-weather-payment/eligibility
Universal Credit
You’ll usually get Cold Weather Payments if you get Universal Credit and you’re not employed or self-employed. One of the following must also apply:
- you have a health condition or disability and have limited capability for work (with or without work-related activity)
- you have a child under 5 living with you
You’ll also be eligible if you have a disabled child amount in your claim, whether you’re employed or not.
