I have had to request a "how your disability affects you" form from DWP for PIP, as my health conditions have changed.  Does anyone know what the process is like, if they increase your PIP or reduce it etc etc??

The process is the same as the first time. You'll need to fill out the forms with as much information as possible, without telling your life story. Any extra evidence you have should be sent with the forms.

Your award can either be increased, decreased, stay the same or stop completely. Did you get some expert advice before reporting changes? A worsening of condition doesn't automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award.

Hi Poppy, No.  I had a PIP assessment and then decision which I challenged with a Mandatory Reconciliation.  I had that reviewed and it stayed the same but on the paperwork they sent me it said that a change or decline in my health couldn't be looked at in a challenge.  I could only complete this review form to be looked at again?
