Awaiting appeal F2F

Hello all..
I’ve appealed against the failed MR for PIP, I’m expecting a date any day fingers crossed for my elected F2F tribunal.
Just wondering,  I’ve read decisions are made and I will be notified on the day, is this correct?

I imagined it would be by post sometime after.
Hope you are all on your best form for 2023

Some decisions are given on the day and some are not. If they don't tell you on the day they will send you the decision letter which you should receive within a week.
If they don't tell you on the day it doesn't mean a decision hasn't gone in your favour.

    Hello @milesofsmiles1

Keeping my fingers crossed the date comes through soon! How have you been feeling with it all?

    Thank you both for replying.
@Hannah .. it’s a stressful time but I’m a coper by nature, doesn’t do me any favours as I have tendency to make light of situations and I know going into this appeal I can’t do that, that said every possible scenario Is spinning in my mind, so I will be glad when it’s done.

Oh @milesofsmiles1 it's easier said than done when I ask you not to stress. You have always got us to vent to! I wouldn't want you worrying yourself into poor health!

You are a copper? How did you get into that?

Well that made me smile .. no I’m not a police officer, I meant I cope well under pressure …not even sure coper is a word if I’m honest

The meaning of COPER is a horse dealer; especially a dishonest one. ;)

Haha, I genuinely thought it was a misspell and you meant copper 😂 Can you tell it's a Monday? Glad it made you smile though! :)

After Cartini's comment, my first thought was, wonder if miles likes horses? haha

We call people who cope well sane in my family 🤣

Cracker he’s 19, I’ve had him from 6m and Bluey he is 26 and he is a rescue I took on for his twilight years… All very low key now due to health but definitely a good reason to get up each morning.
