    Good thanks just annoyed because I paid for a Boccia competition but it hasn't gone through so hopefully I can get that sorted. It's just another thing that I have to sort out but it needs doing.

    Afternoon @Shaunie how are you and your daughter.
    Its a horrible day here dark and raining.  I havnt got the motivation today I had yesterday with the house work  so going to finish some art off

    Hi @ada join free cycle in your area.  If you Google it will come up. Lots of free stuff locally you might find useful. 
    I've got corned beef to use up any ideas anyone I'm not a fan off corned beef hash.

    It started on Sunday, but thought as I had a phone appointment on Monday with my Consultant would leave until then. The phone call did not happen which upset me and made me worse. So wanted to leave a few days to see if it would calm down. I spoke to GP today who gave me some stronger painkillers and said if no better go to A&E Friday. 
    Get better soon ❤️

    @Teddybear12  hopefully the painkillers work, and that the root cause gets fixed quickly as well

    Good afternoon/evening all you lovely's, hope your all well and keeping warm,
    Hope you've heard of your b/f @janer1967 - is there any other way you can send a search party out, if you haven't heard from him by this evening.
    Hoping everyone else with pain or illness is feeling better this afternoon.
    Brother in Law who had the accident on his push bike, has a big HR meeting tomorrow with a view to going back to work, can't believe that was nearly 4 months ago, he hasn't got full mobility in his shoulder as yet, but hopefully he can get back into work. x
