Hi, Anyone else diagnosed with mild asthma as a child?

Anyone else diagnosed with mild asthma as a child then having wheezing every night,feeling the need to cough but its a wheeze (it feels full),even though you exercise you cant get a breathe,when exercising you need to stop in 3 minutes?

    Hi there @starstarstar, I don't have asthma myself, but I do know there's lots of useful advice and information on Asthma + Lung UK, you can find support, as well as read up on triggers for symptoms, like exercise.  

    How are you managing your symptoms at the moment, is it something you've been able to speak to a GP about?
