Do you claim any other benefits? If so which ones exactly?Do you live with anyone else or alone? You say Enhanced PIP but which part is that? There’s 2 parts to PIP daily living and mobility.0

Having checked your other threads I see that you’re claiming UC with LCWRA element, is that correct? See thread https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/93270/lcwra-got-awarded-but-need-help#latest
If so then the Severe Disability Premium is not paid when claiming UC. It’s only paid when claiming the old legacy benefits such as Income Related ESA/JSA or Income Support.0 -
I get Lcwra and get housing benefit which is included in UC and yes I live alone in flat and yes I get enhanced on daily livingpoppy123456 said:Do you claim any other benefits? Your rent is paid with UC known as housing element and not housing benefit.jamie2471 said:

Unfortunately because you’re claiming UC then you’re not entitled to the Severe Disability Premium because it doesn’t exist with UC.0 -
And if I wasn’t getting UC would I be eligible for it and yes sorry I thought it was housing benefitpoppy123456 said:

Well that’s a moot point because you’re not claiming any other benefits.
As I previously advised it’s only paid with certain legacy benefits and it hasn’t been possible to start a new claim for any of those since December 2018.0
