Hey! I got there eventually but it took aaaaages. I've just had dinner at the restaurant next door to the hotel (Sabai Sabai) and it was lovely, but now nervous about getting lost finding the old rep lol. I'll be fine just anxious.Sandy_123 said:Hi @JoOfVengerberg hope you found your way around, did you use Google maps, can be overwhelming the city center0 -
Good luck you can ask people and the hotel also might have directions.1

I saw a doctor once about a wheezy chest, she listened to it with her stethoscope and proclaimed that i was well. so a week later when it was just the same I saw a different doctor at the same surgery and he put me on antibiotics immediately. just goes to show you, i reckon she still had the caps on her thingy.1

Sorry to hear that Ada. Mum gets restless legs and it's horrible for her too
Just popping on to say I think I hate big cities. I really strongly dislike busy roads, crowds, not enough greenery etc. And I was born by the sea so being landlocked feels wrong. Dinner was lovely and the event tomorrow will be awesome but the sheer number of shops and stuff makes me feel really trapped. Hopefully tomorrow is better. 1 -
@Ada
Im so sorry you are struggling so much tonight, I totally feel for you.
I can’t imagine how you manage each night on a cpl off hours a night.
My heart goes out to you, I just want you to know your in my thoughts and I really hope your pain eases a bit.❤️
And I hope everyone else sleeps well.

Ada I wonder if you could get a jar and fill it with sea water to keep with you. You could decorate the top with shells and stuff if you or a loved one can get to a beach? xAda said:
Thank you for understanding. They still haven’t stopped it’s past one now. It sends me insane.JoOfVengerberg said:Sorry to hear that Ada. Mum gets restless legs and it's horrible for her too

I come from a village by the ocean and hate cities. And now in a valley I have been so unhappy since being away from the ocean it’s in my blood. Was forced to move due to the COL missing the sea so much I don’t think I ever be happy again1 -
Thanks mustang.2

Thanks Sue, I thought it was just me and my woeful sense of direction! I'm very tired this morning. Went downstairs for the hotel breakfast and that has tired me out even so I don't think I will be doing a huge amount today. Dinner at 5pm, book tour event at 7:30pm. Luckily I've figured out a route. But for now I think I am just going to have to rest a bit, maybe visit Medicine Bakery around the corner. xxSueHeath said:
