I think a little of what you fancy does you good. I don’t like being out of my comfort zone that much as I live in a town in Devon.1

@JoOfVengerberg I think you are doing really well. It sounds like you are finding ways to make the most of the situation and have a good time, even with limitations. Out of curiosity are you traveling alone or with others? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.
@racket same here, I feel much more comfortable and safe staying in the areas I know. At the same time I have learnt I need to keep pushing my comfort zone, as if you attempt to stay within it, it gets smaller.1 -

Thanks @Sandy_123. I just don't want to venture too far from the hotel. being on my feet for 2.5 hours yesterday has really killed my energy today.

It is Canadian @66Mustang there's a few dotted about, i went to the 1 in Watford when I was getting train home from london. They are good with vegatarian food too.

Morning everyone still not very well so I'm on my emergency medication to see if that helps for 3 days. Hopefully I'm better for the Boccia competition on Sunday. I'm glad it's heeled nice @janer1967 with no infection.1

I've had a barium meal, it wasn't to bad the worst part was going to the toilet after wards - my toilet looked like a load of concrete was pored down the pan ha ha - hope at all goes well darling. x1 -

I'm flipping freezing today, haven't been able to do much, had no heating - because of the workers ha ha - i'm bored now. Welcome to the coffee lounge @racket nice to meet you.
