Assement report so wrong

I've received my assessment report today and she's given me 4 points ! 
Not listened to anything I've said what so ever missed information i gave her made assumptions on my daily life i even told her work doesn't let me do stuff due to my illness and she's said work has made no adaptions. I'ts unbelievable how she's damped down how my condition affects my daily life. in 1 bit she has put i walk to and from work then underneath put i get a lift home every night 🫢

    Don't panic, although disappointing, wait until you get the decision (that's 4 points more then me). Then if you don't agree, you have MR and Appeal. Make sure you do the MR in writing, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    I will do it in writing plus copy it ....I just can't believe she's missed do much I said I'm due for surgery 3rd March but put in report all resolved 🫢

    Ah, you'll be able to correct that in the MD (if you need to, at this momet, you aren't sure, no decision yet). Remember to concentrate on 'real life examples' of how your condition effects your ability to do stuff.
