Hi
if you get enhanced rate for daily living can you still use your car for someone else’s mobility details if you use your car to drive the person who receives full mobility?

I don't understand the question you're asking. Enhanced daily living has nothing to do with using someone else's car.Are you asking if someone has Enhanced mobility can use that for free road tax? (VED) If so then doing this means the car can only be used for the purpose of the disabled person.0

Yes that is the question
to use someone else’s mobility on my car i cannot do? Even though i do drive the person to places
second question if i did the road tax I would not be able to drive my car at all then for other purposes?0 -

If you tax your car using your friends mobility award then you will only be able to use it for their purposes. To claim the exemption or reduction the vehicle must be :
- Registered in the disabled person’s name or their nominated driver’s name.
- It must be only be used for the disabled person’s personal needs. That means the vehicle can’t be used by the nominated driver for their own personal use.
