Hi can I claim for pip is I am working and have Chronic sleep
apeania ?

PIP is based on how your conditions affect your daily living and mobility needs. See the points here:

You require 8 points for a standard award of DL and 12 for enhanced. The same scores apply to the mobility component too.
It doesn’t matter if you are working.
