The holiday allowance of 13 weeks - is that over 12 or 24 months or a calendar year from January to December? This information is really hard to find

I've never heard of a 13 week holiday allowance in the UK. Most people working are entitled to 5.6 weeks paid annual leave a year.

Who do you work for @Jamber ?Jamber said:The holiday allowance of 13 weeks - is that over 12 or 24 months or a calendar year from January to December? This information is really hard to find
Are you a teacher or do you work in a school? Schools generally have 13 weeks holiday in a year but I don't think the staff get 13 weeks paid holiday. I think the holiday pay is averaged out over the year so that you get the same amount every month or week.0
