Hi Just looking for some info.
I have read lots of people have received a text message saying a decision has not yet been made and then have received pip award texts a few days later. My question is moree about people who have been refused, do they follow the same process but with a pip award refused text? I applied the 14th october had my pip phone assessment the 11th Jan, received a text to say report received on the 12th Jan the the same text the 23rd Jan. I then received a text saying we have not yet made a decision on your claim on the 26th Jan and a letter saying they have all the info needed to make a decision and that was date the 25th Jan... is it looking more like I have been refused? Sorry for thr long post and thanks in advance.

You will only receive a text if there's an award. They don't send texts for refusals.
