Just to point out my partner was granted esa indefinitely but wondered if UC can just decide to review and stop money element in mean time basically any help I'm just a worry head ?0

LCWRA is an ongoing award, exactly like the Support Group was for ESA. If they are sent another work capability assessment form then the LCWRA will continue until a decision's been made on their review.

Are you sure it was an indefinite award or are you mistaking that for "ongoing"?The rules for the severe conditions group (indefinite) didn't start until 2017, so it's unlikely that he would have been awarded this 6 years ago. It's likely that he's just been very lucky not to have be re-assessed in that time.https://www.actionforme.org.uk/news/exclusion-from-re-assessment-esa-criteria-released/
