I can't seem to get my BP Under control, even though in on 4 types of BP meds
I don't know if stress and anxiety make it high
I've been really worried last few days and in such an anxious person, I keep thinking in going to die
Yesterday just sitting my BP was 200 over 106.pulse 60
Last night it was 172 90. Pulse 86
I get upset and panic
I live alone. Just me and my cats0 -
Morning @Amberpearl glad to hear the water works is better.
I'm not great with knowing about whats what with blood pressure, but i do believe stress, worry and some times an illness can cause problems.
It wont hurt to phone your doctors to see what they say or the chemist if you can't get threw to docs. x

Doesn't stop me worrying
Plus I avoid going out of at all possible0 -

Yes I'm going for a walk later, need to strengthen leg muscles too, I was suppose to have intense physio on my legs, but I couldn't do it, was every day for 2 weeks, at the Hospital, 9am, 4 busses. Anyway gives my spine muscles movement, gets the blood pumping. Just takes me longer then anyone else pluss getting vit D from the sun.
Do you have your walks sue0 -
