Do you need to tell ESA about medication changes or changes to treatment etc

    I don't know what other advice you would like other than the advice that calcotti and myself have constantly advised you over many many different threads of yours.

    It doesn't matter how many times you ask the question about reporting changes, the answer will remain the same.

    If something is suspected and with no diagnosis for PIP or ESA, can I still provide information such as referrals?

    the autism waiting list is 3 years.

    You've asked this same question different ways through numerous threads and the awnser is Not going to change. No you do not need to tell them about medication changes or even referrals. 

    You are getting the highest award already so they won't care if you have a change of medication or if your waiting to for an autism assessment. 

    I will say good luck and I know all to well about the ridiculous waits as I'm autistic myself and I waited 5yrs it was ridiculous.

    You don’t need to do anything right now because as we continue to advise you there’s nothing to report. 
    At a review then referral letters aren’t really classed as evidence. Besides none of those benefits are about a diagnosis anyway.
